It was 12 years old; could have been repaired but didn't want to put a bandaid on it. Tech quoted, and we made a deal. Mitch called about an hour later to explain the unit wasn't in stock, but the next size up was. We came to an agreement on the price difference (negligible) and had cold air the next day. Very happy and would highly recommend.
