Courson was quick to respond and came out the same day. I have two A/C units, and this was the smaller one for upstairs. It was 12 years old; could have been repaired but didn't want to put a bandaid on it. Tech quoted, and we made a deal. Mitch called about an hour later to explain the unit wasn't in stock, but the next size up was. We came to an agreement on the price difference (negligible) and had cold air the next day. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Fantastic company; the owner is very professional, friendly, and straightforward. We needed to verify our ductwork hadn't been compromised, and I couldn't get other companies to come out. Maybe the job was not worth their while. But Courson & Company came out the next day, no issues. I love reaching a human and not an automation. Our AC went out late at night, and I called Courson AC to see if they could come. He came the next morning right at 7, just as he said he would.
