Courson was quick to respond and came out the same day. I have two A/C units, and this was the smaller one for upstairs. It was 12 years old; could have been repaired but didn't want to put a bandaid on it. Tech quoted, and we made a deal. Mitch called about an hour later to explain the unit wasn't in stock, but the next size up was. We came to an agreement on the price difference (negligible) and had cold air the next day. Very happy and would highly recommend.

My A/C went out on a Friday afternoon. They returned my call within the hour and troubleshooted the problem. They picked up a new fan motor and said they would come and install it that evening, and they did. What more can I say? They are totally reliable. 5 stars.
